This 11th action costs nothing.                                 It started on December 18, 2021 and will last 6 months.                                                                           It's intended for only 1 person : Votey         

Votey is 10 years old.                                                  She goes to the local public school, either in the morning or in the afternoon.

She reads and writes very well in Khmer.      She speaks a little English. She is lively, intelligent, smiling and polite.   Obviously, she is well educated. The street in which she lives is filled with small shops, bars, restaurants.

When  Votey is not at school she comes and goes safely within this perimeter, everyone knows and appreciates her. And everyone watches her when her mother sweeps the sidewalks around all day.                                                                                                                                     I meet her every day and, every day, for ½ hour, on the terrace of one of the bars, I introduce her to Chess game.

Oral communication being limited in English, explanatory gestures compensate a little. Progress is therefore slower but it is very real.                                                                                   Votey is motivated. She never misses an appointment.
